NextThings Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile game Arrow Way! (com.nextthings.arrowaway). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Arrow Way!, including gameplay features, advertising features, and optional sharing features.

By using Arrow Way!, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Arrow Way! does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise GPS location.

Game and app information: We may process game progress, level state, scores, settings, sound preferences, virtual item balances, energy state, and similar gameplay data. Most gameplay data is stored locally on your device unless a feature specifically requires online processing.

Sharing information: If you use the system share feature, Arrow Way! prepares share text for the Android share sheet. The app or service you choose to share through handles the sharing process under its own privacy policy.

Device, network, and advertising information: Arrow Way! uses advertising and mediation SDKs to show ads, including rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, and banner ads. These SDKs may collect or receive advertising identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID, IP address, device model, manufacturer, operating system version, screen size, language, time zone, app package name, app version, SDK version, connection type, ad requests, ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded ad completion, ad performance, error information, and diagnostic or fraud-prevention information.

The exact data collected by advertising partners may depend on the SDK version, user consent status, device settings, region, and the ad networks that serve ads.

Arrow Way! uses TopOn/AnyThink advertising mediation and related advertising SDKs to provide ads. Advertising partners may process data independently under their own privacy policies and may use information for ad delivery, measurement, reporting, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, personalized advertising.

You can control personalized advertising through your device settings, including resetting or deleting your Android Advertising ID or limiting ad personalization where your device and region support those options.

We may share information with service providers and SDK partners that help us operate the app, serve ads, measure ad performance, detect fraud, or diagnose technical problems. We may also share information with legal, regulatory, or governmental authorities if required by applicable law or valid legal process. When you intentionally use the system share feature, information is shared with the app or service you choose.

We do not sell your personal information.

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Advertising SDKs and service providers may retain advertising, diagnostic, and fraud-prevention information according to their own retention policies and legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled through Arrow Way!. The app is configured to use encrypted network traffic where applicable. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You can also clear app data or uninstall the app to remove local gameplay data, reset or delete your Android Advertising ID, choose not to watch rewarded video ads, choose not to use the share feature, or contact us to request information or deletion where applicable.

Arrow Way! is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

The app, advertising SDKs, and service providers may process information in countries or regions other than where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
